Teseq INA 4411 Fast Risetime Test Tip for NSG 437-NSG 438 ESD Gun

      Description

Real world ESD phenomena can involve fast discharge current rise times of up to 400ps. While these faster phenomena are mentioned in the equipment-level standards, the standards only specify rise times in the range of 700ps – 1ns. The Teseq INA 4411 optional tip can generate rise times of less than 400ps, allowing investigation of high frequency phenomena beyond the standards.

      Teseq INA 4411 Features:

      • Rise time <400 picoseconds
      • Investigate high frequency phenomena
      • For use with Teseq NSG 437 or Teseq NSG 438 ESD simulator systems
